We take joy in providing our customers with clean and fresh beef that improve their lives. We sell beef by the half side or whole beef. The consumer purchases the beef by "rail weight" (approximately 60% of it's live weight) which means after the beef is dressed and skinned, paying only for the meat. For example, a 900 lb. calf would yield approximately 550 lbs. of finished cuts of meat (on the rail).
